Sayers & Bell Brickwork Contractors Ltd was incorporated in August 2024, born from the decision of two highly experienced professionals to bring their complementary businesses together under one roof.
Thomas Sayers and Luke Bell both built impressive careers in the construction industry — each as skilled bricklayers, each as business owners in their own right. Rather than continue on parallel tracks, they saw an opportunity to combine their expertise, expand their reach, and drive genuine efficiency for their clients.
The result is a company that operates with the agility of a specialist contractor and the resource of an established firm.
The Founders
Between them, Thomas and Luke bring decades of direct, on-tools experience alongside a proven track record of running successful contracting businesses. They understand the pressures of a build programme because they've lived them. That's why Sayers & Bell operates the way it does — structured, reliable, and always accountable.
Who We Work With
We supply skilled professionals at every level of a project — from site management and brickwork gang leaders through to labourers. Our network of brickwork gangs and floor specialists has been carefully assembled over years, and every individual we work with is fully vetted: experienced, certified, and safety-qualified.
